Your AXQA account identifies you during onboarding and provides access to your workspace once provisioning is complete. During registration, AXQA collects the information required for the workspace owner account, records the selected workspace name, and verifies the registered email address. After plan selection and payment confirmation, the dedicated workspace is provisioned and access details are provided within 48 hours.

How to use it
Step 1: Enter your workspace information
Choose the Workspace Name that will identify your AXQA environment.
Choose carefully. Your workspace name is permanently associated with your AXQA account after registration and cannot be changed. The selected name is used when AXQA provisions your custom workspace and AXQA subdomain.
Step 2: Enter the organization information
Provide the requested company or organization information.
Make sure the information is accurate because it may be used as part of your AXQA account, billing, or workspace records.
Step 3: Create the owner account
Enter the information for the initial workspace owner.
Use an email address that you control and can access securely.
The owner account should belong to the person responsible for the initial AXQA workspace setup.
Step 4: Create a secure password
Create a strong and unique password for AXQA.
Do not reuse passwords from other services.
Store the password securely using your organization's approved password-management process.
Step 5: Review the terms
Review the applicable AXQA Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and other required agreements before completing registration.
Only continue if the information provided is correct and you are authorized to create the AXQA account.
Step 6: Verify your email
AXQA may send a verification message or temporary verification code to your registered email address.
Complete the verification using the instructions provided by AXQA.
Verification codes are temporary and should never be shared with another person.
Step 7: Continue onboarding
After successful email verification, plan selection, and payment confirmation, AXQA begins provisioning your dedicated workspace.
Within 48 hours, the registered email address receives the workspace access details and onboarding instructions needed to begin the initial setup.
Best practices
- Use an organization-controlled email address whenever possible.
- Use a unique password that is not shared with another service.
- Keep workspace owner access limited to the appropriate person.
- Complete email verification as soon as the verification message is received.
- Review all organization and workspace information before submitting registration.
- Keep account recovery information current.
Common mistakes
❌ Registering with an email address you cannot reliably access.
✔ Use an active email account controlled by you or your organization.
❌ Sharing an OTP or verification code with another person.
✔ Treat verification codes as confidential security information.
❌ Creating the owner account under a temporary or shared identity.
✔ Use the appropriate person responsible for the AXQA workspace.
❌ Reusing an existing password from another system.
✔ Create a strong and unique password specifically for AXQA.
Security & permissions
- Email verification helps confirm that the person creating the account controls the registered email address.
- OTP and verification codes are temporary security credentials and must remain private.
- Passwords should never be shared by email, chat, tickets, or documentation.
- The workspace owner may receive elevated access compared with normal workspace users.
- Additional users should receive only the permissions required for their responsibilities.
